Super knowledgeable and honest which is hard to find in this industry. My engine has not been fetting as much air as it should. My car has been by several mechanics (not associated with this site) in the last 30 days. Everyone has tried to sell me unscary things without addressing real issues. I made an appointment to get the brakes done and I meant to ask Tabitha to check the hoses eyc but I totally skipped my mind. Tabitha was quickly aware of the problem and advised me accordingky. Andy was professional, honest with what the diagnosis was, offered to come back if we had any more issues and what I thought was a huge engine issue turned out to be very manageable. We will definitely be using his services again.
