Rodney was punctual for a 7 am appointment and very friendly. He was quick and gave me all the info I need about my car. It was so wonderful to have my coffee and be cozy in my house on a Saturday morning and check off a chore at the same time. He will be my car for the next thing I need.

Christopher is very knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem, repairing it, and discussing why it is important to fix it. I appreciate him letting me know what future maintenance is necessary. Christopher is very professional while having the ability to making the customer feel at ease. I am satisfied with his work.

I started this experience with a side of caution because I have never heard of anyone using this kind of service. That was easily put to rest and I will absolutely use this service again in the future because of John's professionalism and politeness. He discuss with me before the appointment exactly what he was going to do, and that is exactly what he did. I didn't get any of the "auto shop sales pitches" for things I didn't need done, and that was very refreshing. I highly recommend John and will definitely be using him again.
