Was really patient with me in explaining what could possibly be wrong with my alternator and that it may not have to be replaced yet. But then he actually discovered and fixed the issue with it on a final check before he was meant to leave, after completing the other services requested. Excellent work.

Nicholas diagnosed the problem with our car quickly, fixed the wiring that was damaged, and saved us the cost of a new alternator. He explained to me very clearly what was wrong and how he would attempt to fix the problem. He was able to fix what was wrong. Like most people with limited mechanical knowledge, I take my car to a shop to have my cars worked on by a professional.
