Andrew was great. There were a couple of hiccups with the schedule - cell service went down and it was raining - but we got that worked out and Andrew was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. I have to wait on a part but that's not his fault. I am very pleased with his service. I also want to mention that Manuel at the call in number also provided excellent customer service. He was a great mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and great personality. He showed me the belt and what a good belt is supposed to look like. Which I would have never have known. Definitely way better than going to a shop, as I am a nanny, and trying to take kids and sit and wait for work to be done is a pain. I will definitely call Alex any time something goes wrong with my car. Thank you for a great experience!!!
