2009 Jeep Liberty 90,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Carlos showed up at EXACTLY our appointment time, finished the job promptly, and walked me through the different questions that I had. I had my spark plugs replaced and had the throttle body cleaned out. Ended up paying about $280. This was comparable to what I was quoted at different auto shops, but with the added convenience that I could stay home with my newborn baby. The ONLY downside is that when I called customer support to talk about my invoice, I was very obviously given some people in India with no energy and no problem solving skills. Seemed to just read off a script. but Carlos was awesome and helped me out greatly. I will be booking him for my next service if possible

Anderson arrived on time and was very professional. His knowledge went beyond what his computer was telling him was troubling my car. He was able to make recommendations that i will follow up on. I am confident that i will be reaching back out to him should i have any other issues in the future.
