Excellent experience! Jay called when he was running late, and really cared about the work he did. The after-market part caused a rattle in the window (he replaced my window regulator), so he contacted Your Mechanic to order the manufacturer part to correct the issue.

Johnny was the best! Got to me early, I had locked my key in my Jeep and when he got here he unlocked my door, no damage to Jeep, that's better than I would have done! I had a flashing check engine light, wrote down the codes, fixed one code then erased the codes. Good thing I wrote them down. Johnny was impressive as he checked my numbers 4, 5 & 6 misfires, as well as noticing my reservoir was leaking into coil at #4. Compression was good in all though the plugs and coil could/will be replaced as well as the reservoir. I watched closely and asked a few questions as he worked. He was polite, humorous, knowledgeable, and very encouraging. I am hopeful that after the work is done, all will be fine in the world! Thank you Johnny! You're the best!!
