He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly-- welcomed my questions, answered and explained everything he was doing, double-checked my repair-request with his own diagnosis. He even caught a defect in the replacement part sent to him by YourMechanic, and was able to repair that before installing. Best of all, the car was working properly when he was through.
