This was the perfect option for us. My husband and I are always on the go and finally had a day off to take it easy. LIFESAVER! My starter gave out on Christmas Eve and I called with the assumption that the next available appointment would be weeks out; however, they told me they had availability only two days after on the 26th at 7AM. Chris came right on time with proper notice and quoted me about an hour. Service took a little less and my car was running smoothly immediately after he swapped out my starter. He was honest and transparent about future services and even offered to do them on the spot. Afterwards, I received a detailed text that outlined all possible repairs that could be made.

John was pleasant, efficient, and explained everything he was doing and why in terms a non-mechanic like myself understood. When he was delayed at his previous appointment to min e he made sure he notified me in plenty of time and kept me updated on his arrival time.
