My first time using Your Mechanic. James actually showed up at my work an hour earlier than I scheduled. Was very nice and very knowledgeable about my car situation. I booked him for next week to fix it. So far I'm very impressed with this service. It's going to save me around $150.00 below dealer cost. Saves me 3-4 hours of waiting at a dealer on my time off. Get's done while I'm at my work. To be continued.

Awesome - first experience with Your Mechanic and first experience with Deuwn, and I wouldn't use anyone else. He had no problem working on my car even when I was away from home (left my car keys with apartment security guard and Deuwn took care of the details). He also had no problem calling a friend (whose phone number I had left for contact) with his after-inspection update when I was in an out-of-reach timezone. Good stuff all around - he realized during the repair that one of the parts didn't actually need repair, so he cut it out of the quote and I saved money. He even told me that I need new tires - which is a service that Your Mechanic doesn't provide.

John is always on time and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. Is always willing to do what he can to get the accurate resolution of cause, answers questions and provides prevention details.
