2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 18,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Great communication and was very honest about possible risks that could have happened during the fix due to the nature of the situation. Explained it to me very straight forward and left it up to me to move forward or not. Very punctual as well. Possible Improvement Feedback - I communicated I was worried about the engine light not resetting due to something another mechanic told me and that I had to get my car SMOG'ed and this would cause a fail. Said the light would reset after a certain amount of drives automatically, but I could call and let him know if it didn't and he would come to reset it. Tried to call and have him reset it because it wasn't going off, but he never called me back. I ended up just having to risk it at the SMOG station and they were kind enough to reset the light before they tested it so I passed. This definitely caused me a lot of stress and I wish was handled differently regardless of the outcome. Please think about this in the future. Can't knock a star down though because the service was great and he got the job done.

Had to have my Hyundai Santa Fe towed home on Sunday, May 28. I was advised that the issue was the “starter” and it needed to be replaced. We only have one car and this is Memorial Day weekend so most garages were not open. So searched “mobile mechanics” and based on the reviews I chose Your Mechanic and was able to schedule an appointment next day on Memorial Day. I found the communication to be excellent and the cost to complete the work was also reasonable considering I didn’t have to get the vehicle to a garage another day. On day of scheduled appointment I received a reminder and updates that he was on his way and was also provided with a map showing me his location. When John arrived, he was friendly, courteous and professional! He also provided some additional quotes for other maintenance and services. I would recommend John and will request his service when booking again!

Great at his job, very fast and efficient, knew exactly what needed to be done, was actually surprised how fast he finished the job and it looks wonderful and works wonderful.
