Chris contacted me at our appointment time to let me know he was getting the parts & was on his way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He answered all my questions and showed me the old part that was replaced. I would absolutely recommend him & plan to utilize his services again!
On a separate note, customer service had added on an additional anticipated part, which Chris told me was not needed in this circumstance & he was returning. (All parts that may be required are brought to the job.) When I inquired about the charge he went above & beyond the normal process by contacting his team lead to immediately process this refund so I wouldn’t have to wait until after the weekend/Monday. His refund request was followed up on by Jennifer in corporate within 20 minutes who was kind and efficient in rectifying this.
