2009 Hyundai Santa Fe 117,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I previously used Andrew to replace a starter and change oil on my 01 740i, so when I got my kid a used car for Christmas and needed some maintenance done, I decided to use Andrew again. Replacing the spark plug and wires on a 2.7L Hyundai is quite a job and Andrew did it quickly and professionally. Andrew is definitely recommended.

James took the time to walk me through oil burning issue that was going on and options to pursue and how each would work to address the root problem. He also provided some extra oil to get me by until I can schedule an oil change and other services.

Chris contacted me at our appointment time to let me know he was getting the parts & was on his way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He answered all my questions and showed me the old part that was replaced. I would absolutely recommend him & plan to utilize his services again! On a separate note, customer service had added on an additional anticipated part, which Chris told me was not needed in this circumstance & he was returning. (All parts that may be required are brought to the job.) When I inquired about the charge he went above & beyond the normal process by contacting his team lead to immediately process this refund so I wouldn’t have to wait until after the weekend/Monday. His refund request was followed up on by Jennifer in corporate within 20 minutes who was kind and efficient in rectifying this. Again, I recommend Chris for his knowledge, efficiency & customer service. I needed a local (non-chain) mechanic & I have found one.
