Lavell should be made the poster for service! There is Above and Beyond. Lavell managed to take service a step above that. This is my second service experience with Lavell. I specifically requested him because of the great experience I had on the first. First the app made me book two separate appointments for the same day for different service items. Lavell Agreed to consolidate that into one slot based on my convenience. Second, due to some misunderstanding I ended up taking my kids to (Presidents day) a far away park. Whilei was away Lavell showed up on time at my house. Instead of rescheduling or getting upset Lavell tracked me down even though I had very spotty reception and wasn’t able to communicate clearly. Lavell drove down to where I was, paid the toll to get into the park and serviced the car. To top it off he also engaged my two kids with humor and patience. Thank you Lavell!

Always a pleasure getting my vehicle worked on my Luis! He’s fast and knows what he’s doing! He found an issue with my car, fixed it and let me know what I can do next time to prevent an even more costly repair. 10/10!! I had to wait soooooo long to get a appointment but it’s always worth it!! He knows what he’s doing! I always know my car is in good hands ! :)
