Unlike most mechanics I have dealt with in the past, John let me know exactly what he working on at that moment, building trust that you just don’t see in today’s auto services. He worked super fast. Finally, as a person who is super busy in my own right, it was great to see how punctual John was. He was on time for my 7am appointment, trudging across the Bay Bridge early. Anyone who lives in the Bay Area knows that you have to time your travel across the Bay Bridge just right in order to get to the East Bay without being late. A+++ work and service.
