2008 Honda Ridgeline 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence. I've had Gustavo perform a number of repairs and services on my 2013 Honda Accord as it gets up there in age and miles. By far, my preferred mechanic. I trust his knowledge and expertise across the board. He's always on-time (early more often than not), hits the ground running, and is highly efficient in taking care of the work to be done. He's also super helpful with the recommendations on what needs to be taken care of next. Total pro. Highly, highly recommended.
