Patrick communicated well, keeping me posted on his arrival and completion. He came to my office and had the repair done in under an hour. Not only did he perform the service requested, he ran a check on my vehicle and gave me a very fair estimate on an additional repair that is needed. Will definitely use him in the future.

He actually arrived a little early. The app they use is amazing as you can watch his progress getting to you. It also texted me when he arrived. James was excellent and very personable and told me interesting things about my car I didn't know. He was highly experienced and had been in this field for many years. I would highly recommend this service. I needed a battery and loved the service and especially not having to wait hours for someone to fix it at a shop. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I suspected issue was timing belt but wasn't sure and didn't have tools to replace it. Marshall confirmed the issue and replaced the cracking belt with the new one I had on-hand. Perfect result and, so far, no more squealing!
