This is the 2nd time I've used YourMechanic. Michael was wonderful both times! He was always on time and met expectations on knowledge and experience. The ONLY negative I have with YourMechanic are the multitude of emails almost daily with reminders to schedule services for quoted items. I had to completely close out my account and block all emails. It was easy to reactivate my account and schedule this maintenance I need. I made sure to only schedule an appointment with Michael because of how dependable he was on the first visit.

He was punctual - on time and very professional. It originally was supposed to take 1-2 hours but ended up being about twice as long because he ended up having to fix other things and not just the belt. But he was great about it. His report about my vehicle and what I might need to get fixed in the future was super helpful.
