Amazing! I love the fact that he showed up early, that's always a plus in my book. He troubleshooted the issue until pinpointing exactly what was wrong. Brett also allowed me to ask questions and told me what he was doing/trying to find out. I appreciate his ability to work quickly and thoroughly to discover what the issue was.
