I had listed the repair as a brake light switch because I wasn't sure what the problem with my taillight was and I didn't see an option for possible bulb replacement. Kenneth quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown bulb and took the necessary steps to replace the bulb with the correct part, restoring the taillight to functioning within minutes. He then performed a detailed check of my car's fluids, filters, and engine and flagged problems that I should address, letting me know they were nonurgent but a good idea to fix. I felt comfortable that he was giving me his expert opinion without trying to be alarmist or upsell. I appreciated Kennth's approach, skill, and friendliness, and I will certainly choose him in the future.

From the very first, I was impressed with Kevin's knowledge and good heart. He easily figured out the battery problem and got the car started in about a minute. He also suggested a battery charger that would be good for me as I'm in a mobility scooter and can't lift heavy chargers. Then he got the oil changed and did the inspection of all systems quickly and efficiently. He's great, and I will definitely use him again!!
