Walter was running behind due to a previous appointment, but he kept us informed of his progress, which we appreciated. Walter was polite and kept us informed. He was able to diagnose the problem with our Honda’s heater/ac, but, unfortunately, we need to get permission from the company for him to be able to correct the original repair issue, which was the reason for our call in the first place, which is frustrating. This appears to be a company issue, though, and not one with Walter. Hopefully, we will be contacted by the company and receive the approval for Walter to complete the work we need completed.
