1998 Honda Civic 48,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My car overheated and I was scared to drive it anywhere so I tried out this service that I had never heard of before. I booked Ross online that night to come the next day. I was nervous and apprehensive since I had never met him and had no idea what was actually wrong with my car. He showed up within the hour window, took a look and told me my radiator was cracked. I absolutely had to have my car for an appointment the very next day and started to think it was hopeless. Ross assured me he could fix it, made some calls, ran to the parts shop and fixed my car that very night! He went above and beyond to explain to me exactly what he was doing and why. I can not express how happy I am with the entire experience. I made it to my appointment the next day and everything turned out great!

I was very impressed with Tinashes. He came early, which I appreciated. He completed work in a timely manner. I felt I could trust him. He blew me away with the honesty that I wasn't expecting because he didn't charge for the parts he didn't need to use, therefore, my invoice was less expensive.
