This is my very first time with YOUR MECHANIC. It's a nice concept and successful one too. You know how much you are paying for the parts and repair exact to the penny. No more or no less. When I set up an appointment, I had no idea what I am getting into but a day before the appointment, Michael Parra sent me a text message confirming the timing. He also called me before he came yesterday and he showed up even earlier than set time. He took time to examine my car and found out the problems and only after that he suggested what things are needed. He is very professional, experienced and learned auto mechanic with all the necessary credentials. These things are very important. He knows exactly what is is talking. He even suggested that someone like him will come and take care of replacement and repair of my car but I want him only and he is kind enough to complete my car work next saturday. He did not suggest anything else other than what is needed. I really feel lucky to get him for fixing my car. I recommend Michael Parra to every one and by the way, It is Michael Parra who should be credited for the reputation of YOUR MECHANIC. I wish him all the best.

Joe did a great job replacing my leaking power steering pump. He replaced the pump while I ran to the grocery store.He even cleaned other parts that the fluid might have leaked on. He has great knowledge of cars and again did a fantastic job. No squealing or squeaking on start up. Highly recommended everything tighten to vehicle specs.
