1997 Honda Accord 63,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Arrived 5-10min early for our appointment which was great because I was early too. He was also easy to track his location on my mobile phone. David was very cool, quick, and knowledgeable. We diagnosed the problem and he went at it! He estimated about 45-50min but finished in 35-40min. He worked on my car while I was at work so it was all a convenient, great experience.

This was my first experience with an online scheduling platform that performs onsite vehicle repairs/services. Pradeep was very punctual with time. As soon as he reached my vehicle, he started inspecting the vehicle visually, taking notes and pictures. He finished the servicing pretty quickly while I was attending to my business. When handing over the vehicle, he explained to me the details of the jobs that were performed. I would like to point out that my car had been to the dealer's service center a week before for alignment and some repairs. It turns out that there were some fluid levels that were low but I was not notified about them by the dealer. Pradeep not only took a note of those in his inspection, he also topped them up and gave me his recommendations. I particularly appreciate the detailed notes, images and audios shared by him for my records. My experience with Pradeep has been very satisfactory, I would definitely recommend him to others. My overall experience of online scheduling of services with YourMechanic has also been very satisfactory. The quotes and the breakdown of charges were transparent and clear way before the appointment was scheduled. But the most convenient part was that I didn't have to take time off to go drop my vehicle at a service center, hire a cab back and forth, and then collect it back from the service center. I would definitely consider my future repairs through online scheduling (and using Yourmechanic wherever possible). Thanks.

I was buying a 10-year-old car for my son and William was the BEST person to help me look over the Honda Accord to make sure it was going to last us a few years longer and there were no large repairs in the near future. This was the easiest and best service to use. I would recommend William and Your Mechanic again. Just need to advertise so more people know about this service!
