I am very satisfied with Robert and the service. I honestly don't know how this could have worked out any better for me. He came a few minutes early, introduced himself and asked me to describe the problem. He knew exactly what to do and replaced the parts that I needed. He test drove my car to make sure everything was perfect. He showed me the bad parts and cleaned up when he was done. He's professional, very friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate me. Andrew arrived on time and listened to the issue going on with my truck. He immediately went about confirming my suspicions of the battery cables being corroded or damaged by checking the voltage at the battery and then at the starter. He thoroughly cleaned the terminal ends which prompted the engine to engage, but not quite start. He then suggested I pressurize the fuel pump and showed me what to do, which then allowed the vehicle to start right away. He then performed a further check of the engine fluids and made recommendations of what to address next. He was very easy going, polite, professional and competent in his work. I would definitely recommend him.
