Junard did a great job switching out the water pump on the 2003 Focus. The tight engine bay did not make it easy for him. He was thorough in making sure there were no coolant leaks or circulation problems and that all belts were tight and did not squeak. Great service and saved me 200 dollars compared to other shops. Once again a very difficult job considering the engine layout.

Al did a great job troubleshooting and returning to do the repair, the repair was challenging and took a bit longer than anticipated due to a parts issue and in the hot sun, but Al is a professional and completed the job and was very friendly.
