Bill was wonderful. He was on time for scheduled appointment both times. He was honest about what repairs were needed and didn't try to upscale me on unnessesary work. He educated me about my vehicle and even helped me out with another issue while there. He took less time than was scheduled which was great . I'm very happy with services provided and my vehicle is back in business, running smooth w/o any issues . Fantastic. Kevin showed up after a previous mechanic failed to even initiate the repair, came in with a mechanical intelligence I've never experienced, and finished the job in an absurdly quick time. This man is awesome, I will absolutely be requesting his services again.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us!
