Nicholas was excellent during this diagnostic visit, particularly in explaining the problem with my car (I am not automotively inclined). Already scheduled my next appointment to complete the work that is needed.

Andrew was very informative and helpful. There was an issue with my car he noticed immediately. I couldn't get the services done because I am ordering parts but I am definitely booking Andrew once they come in.

Jean was right on time. We chatted about the job to be sure there were no surprises. He was very polite and never complained about the 94 degree heat. He test drove it and was finished in under two hours. I got new rear brake pads and rotors; a rear wiper blade; brake line flush; and oil change with filter. I had taken the vehicle to a tire shop for an estimate and the guy told me he couldn’t beat the price and would have had to charge me at least $200 more. I’ll definitely request Jean the next time I use “Your Mechanic”.
