We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! First time client here. Michael arrived on time and handled my oil change in about 20 minutes - just the amount of time it should take, saving me the nuisance of waiting an hour or more at a repair shop. He brought the heavier oil I requested (I have an older car), was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was extremely conscientious about keeping things tidy. I'm very impressed and will definitely call him again.

Our experience with Simon was wonderful. He was very professional and friendly. He called the day before the appointment to confirm it and go over the problems with our vehicle. He arrived right on time, went straight to work and had our care up and running in a very short time. He explained everything he would be doing.
