John was extremely helpful and punctual. He was able to diagnose my problem and now I can try to do things myself, or reach out to them. Trustworthy is hard to find so I'm glad I ran into Your Mechanic. Will use them again.

Mechanic seemed reluctant to do some of the work. I informed mechanic I only had five of the six spark plug wires before starting the job, it wasn’t a problem. However after the job she said she could not change two of the back wires because of the missing one, this is not true. Plus I would have went and bought the wire if informed before the job was done. Also each job is supposed to come with a fifty point inspection that wasn’t done. I know I wasn’t done because mechanic said my tires were in great condition and that’s not true. My front two tires are dangerously balled and lucky I got a second opinion

Rodney showed up 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment and did the starter install in less time than was quoted. He emailed me a detailed report of a complete evaluation of my car including some leaking gaskets I was not aware of. There was a complete estimate included with pricing for the recommended work. I plan on having the recommend work done shortly and I would recommend Rodney and Your Mechanic to everyone with repairs to be done.
