Awesome, awesome, AWESOME. This guy is friendly, confident, comfortable. Knows what he’s doing and cares about what he’s doing. Super communicative and [gratefully] accommodated the urgency of my situation. I couldn’t get my truck to start, and the dealership not only couldn’t get it started after I had it towed to them, but quoted me more than $2000 to “fix” it. Our experience with Simon was wonderful. He was very professional and friendly. He called the day before the appointment to confirm it and go over the problems with our vehicle.
