My tire went flat (due a nail) while it was in my garage. I was unable to remove the tire, but Ben was able to quickly remove the tire - and then plugged the tire leak, too, saving me from having to take the tire to a repair shop! He was very professional, on time (actually early) and and overall a great guy the deal with!

Robert was on time. He brought his own door handle which was plastic (original was plastic) and I had bought one myself that that was metal. He had no problem with installing the one I bought and even waited for me to run to an auto parts store to get the right bolts and nuts to attach that handle. I am really pleased with the work that he did!
