Ben was punctual, professional, and personable. Ben made sure I test drove my vehicle before he left, and I am completely satisfied with the result! PS, Ben is just a good dude, my infant daughter was fussing when I was putting her in the car for the test drive, and Ben went and grabbed cookies for her (it worked lol).

Michael arrived on time and was very courteous. What made me trust him more was that he pointed out to me that the possibly faulty part was probably still under warranty. He sat down and took his time to read through the Warranty card to give me accurate information. Even though the fix ended up being something simple and it didn't require further services to be scheduled; he was honest and didn't make up inexistent problems just to make more money like other mechanics I've taken my car to... He jacked my car right then and there and fixed a loose hose. All of this in 1 hour. Outstanding service!
