Jonathan was great. He explained everything to me about why things happen and what were possible solutions. He stayed and worked through the rain and ensured that I had the answer that was best for me. Although it wasn't fixed, he made my experience wonderful and would recommend him to everyone.

John was originally scheduled to for a brake and rotor replacement on my truck. Everything went smooth and he found a couple of safety issues with my suspension. (Naturally, I began thinking about how mechanics will generally try to find anything wrong with your vehicle that they can make money from). However, this was not the case. he physically showed me the issues and was very knowledgeable when explaining to me everything he was doing to my vehicle. My truck has not handled this well since the day I bough it and I was very pleased with how everything was handled.

Fernando was awesome! I spent tons of time on it changing out sensors, plugs, relays etc. prior to having him come out. Within a half hour he was able to reset the computer along with a few other things and got my truck up and running again! Thanks again I really appreciate it.
