I had a 5:30pm appointment with Jason to look at a high idle condition. Jason arrived early so he was definitely timely. As I described the symptoms he futzed around here and there, turned a screw, and walla FIXED. I was impressed. I found Jason to be very personable, knowledgeable, and competent in his profession. I would definitely recommend Jason to work on any vehicle whether it's an older OBD1 vehicle or newer OBD2., as many mechanics will not work on OBD1 cars like mine. Overall a great experience and super convenient. My mechanic was professional, timely and pleasant. It took two appointments, no fault of the technician, due to my note to the mechanic not being relayed through the system about the part selection being incorrect. The mechanic did a diagnostic appt instead after showing up with the wrong part and we schedules a follow up to knock it out a week later- easy to schedule and timely alerts. Thanks!
