Chris notified me that he would be a little late but arrived close to the appt. time. His work was efficient and resulted in no delay for me. He answered my questions and left me feeling secure in the condition of my car. In future I will always specify Chris for any work that I need done.

Bill was wonderful. He was on time for scheduled appointment both times. He was honest about what repairs were needed and didn't try to upscale me on unnessesary work. He educated me about my vehicle and even helped me out with another issue while there. He took less time than was scheduled which was great .
