Lavell has been wonderful to work with. I had to get quite a few repairs done to fix a busted coolant hose among other things, so I booked an appointment early in the morning to accommodate the estimated 8hr timeline to complete. So he came out the very next day completely free of charge to assess my concerns and explain what was happening, and provided quick resolutions. Before he left he even inflated all my tires as a courtesy to help me resolve a separate low tire pressure issue! He is an all-around helpful and knowledgeable professional that operates with integrity and efficiency. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
