Leslie is the man. Awesome from the start of the process to the finish. He came to my home twice in a week. Number one he was extremely punctual, actually 10 to 15 minutes early each time. Also he is very personable, and very knowledgeable. Changed my alternator, and serpentine belt in my 2006 Ford F150. This Is my first time using this service, and I will definitely use it again. Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo.
