1990 Ford E-350 Econoline 10,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Arrived early, was attentive to my description of issue and immediately went into action. Explained the reality of the issue very clearly and explained what to be aware of and how to prevent the issue from recurring. Was also very patient and answered all my questions clearly. Car is now running nicely!

This was my first time using "Your Mechanic" service, and I will be using this service on all of my service trucks. I actually had two of my trucks serviced by Brian Wolff today. Brian did a great job he wasn't pushy at all but mentioned that two belts on one of my trucks will be needing attention, a brake light was out, and recommended replacing the windshield wipers on the trucks I liked that he called as well as text me about heading my way with his ETA I like that "My Mechanic" came to my door, and I was not wasting my Saturday sitting in a long inline in an "Oil & Lube" shop parking, lot or sitting in a lobby smelling burnt coffee;-( Two thumbs up and 5 stars from me!!!

Mike was/is Absolutely Wonderful!! i have to admit that i was a little nervous about this appt because Mark had been here before and i wanted Mark to do this job but didnt call you guys back to ask for Mark....Mike showed up and showed out and i couldnt be more pleased and happy with his work and his patience to answer all of my questions. If Mark and Mike are any indication of the level of expertise you guys have, you have a loyal customer in me. i want him to do the next job!!!
