This the second time that Ben has serviced my truck. He was right on time for the appointment and jumped right in on the replacement and install of the Blower motor. I was given an estimated time of completion of 1 1/2 hours and that is about how long it took Ben to complete the job. Very satisfied with the work and having the A/C working on all four settings.

Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time. On time to Angle means get there a little bit early even if you have to wait on the client. He pointed out what could be something that I should take care of in the future.
