Duy showed up on time and was personable and knowledgeable. When a serious and unexpected problem came up while repairing my vehicle, he knew what to do and addressed it and fixed it quickly (I think that comes from his U.S. Army service). We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon.
