Excellent service of the professional ! Very knowledgeable! Walter is an expert. He came and quickly identified the problem and fixed it in the 18 degree freezing weather. Then helped to push my other car with a broken starter in the garage to work on it the next day. Very happy with the experience! Will ask for him again in the future!

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME. This guy is friendly, confident, comfortable. Knows what he’s doing and cares about what he’s doing. Super communicative and [gratefully] accommodated the urgency of my situation. I couldn’t get my truck to start, and the dealership not only couldn’t get it started after I had it towed to them, but quoted me more than $2000 to “fix” it. Not too certain about their overall assessment, and me knowing for sure a few items listed were NOT the issue, I took my vehicle back and tried YourMechanic for the first time.. Faraz came to diagnose, and zeroed in on the problem FAST. (And the problem Faraz identified wasn’t even listed on the estimate from the dealership!)
