William showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant to talk to. He explained what he was doing. Asked him what SUV he would recommend. He said any of the mechanics could even go and do a 125 point inspection on a vehicle I may be thinking of buying in the future which I thought was great. He is fantastic. Will definitely use William again for any car repairs.

Jeffrey was very efficient and knowledgeable and willingly shared helpful information about the vehicle. It was a rainy day whiched caused him to be a little late for the appointment but he communicated that well in advance so I could use that time instead of just waiting around for him. He was polite and courteous and I will definitely use him again.

Lavell was wonderful to work with, I booked an appointment first thing in the morning and he was prompt and professional from the start. I initially booked an appointment to assess my check engine light, and he went above and beyond in not only diagnosing that issue, but also diagnosing an entirely separate issue that had to do with my coolant hoses. He worked with me to determine a schedule of repairs that would work within my budget, and also identify those services/repairs I could safely delay for the time being. I greatly appreciated his understanding and expertise in helping me navigate these issues, and am looking forward to working together as we continue addressing all of the items on my list!
