I was a upset at the start of my appointment because John was running late due to some issues out of his control with other customers, which is understandable albeit frustrating. However, John went above and beyond to make this right, not only by the jobs I asked for done in a timely manner, but also by fixing a few other small things to show how apologetic he was for the delay. Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo.
