2000 Ford Crown Victoria 33,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Jason was on time , courteous, diagnosed the problem . Haven't decided if I want to repair it or not a little pricy so I'm thinking it over . He explained how everything was soppuse to work and what happened to cause the code . With my understanding of engines it made sense why the fault codes came on . Way less than the local shops for a diagnosis. Will use him again if I have car troubles well actually when I have car troubles .

Lavell was wonderful to work with, I booked an appointment first thing in the morning and he was prompt and professional from the start. I initially booked an appointment to assess my check engine light, and he went above and beyond in not only diagnosing that issue, but also diagnosing an entirely separate issue that had to do with my coolant hoses. He worked with me to determine a schedule of repairs that would work within my budget, and also identify those services/repairs I could safely delay for the time being. I greatly appreciated his understanding and expertise in helping me navigate these issues, and am looking forward to working together as we continue addressing all of the items on my list!
