Luis was early, ready and worked very fast. I walked around all day saying I could not believe how great he was and how well the entire experience worked out. He reached out and asked if he could come a little early even, which was even better! 3. He came completely prepared with all the tools and parts he needed. 4. He finished diagnosing, fixing and doing an overall quality check IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!!!! 5. The price was about 1/3 what it was quoted at the dealer. Our experience with Simon was wonderful. He was very professional and friendly. He called the day before the appointment to confirm it and go over the problems with our vehicle. He arrived right on time, went straight to work and had our care up and running in a very short time. He explained everything he would be doing. I liked that he was very friendly and that we were able to converse while he worked. I will gladly recommend Simon to anyone I know needing a mechanic. I could not ask for a better experience.
