2018 Ford C-Max 10,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had completely forgotten about Your Mechanic, it was so long ago for my first service. All I know was I was unhappy with the places I had been taking my car. Not that they didn't do the work, but I was just a number, not a customer. Having Lucas and Your Mechanic out again I remembered with Lucas it was just the opposite. All he wanted to do was do the job right and make me happy. He did both. He's a great guy and a very good mechanic.

On time, got to work, tested vehicle, gave report, and suggested repair. Good overall, only thing would have been checking the lights on 50 point.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! I cannot say enough good things about him, his expertise, his service and the way he treated us! We are really happy and look forward to him fixing our truck soon.
