Pleasant, conscientious and competent. We had some complicating issues, which were handled patiently and well. I was left with the sense that he didn’t just want to get the job done, but to do it correctly. I’ll use the service and Lucas again.

Scott was very helpful. I thought in needed the tie rod ends replaced as well but Scott informed me they did not need to be replaced. He saved me money and helped me understand what he did to fix my vehicle.

Bill was wonderful. He was on time for scheduled appointment both times. He was honest about what repairs were needed and didn't try to upscale me on unnessesary work. He educated me about my vehicle and even helped me out with another issue while there. He took less time than was scheduled which was great . I'm very happy with services provided and my vehicle is back in business, running smooth w/o any issues . I highly recommend Bill and Your Mechanic and they will be my go to for our mechanical needs.
