James has an amazing work ethic and was dedicated to completing the job. My car would not start and he refused to leave until he figured out what was wrong and got it going. In the end, he did identify and fix what appeared to be a difficult problem to diagnose. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a mechanic who is interested in someone who will put in the extra effort and not simply the bare minimum.

Robert was terrific as expected. This is our second time using Your Mechanic and Robert specifically. We've got a gaurentee on his work and I have no doubt we will not need to use it. I had spent over 1500$ for valve cover gaskets, an oil change, some much needed electrical work and the shop I hired, did almost nothing, sent the vehicle home running worse than when I took it. Robert came out and fixed all the things this shop did incorrectly, like having to completely re-do the valve cover gaskets. The power steering pump is working great ! I didn't realize how bad the one I had was actually getting. When I test drove it, it was like a new vehicle again. Thank you Robert, and thank you Your Mechanic.
