1998 Dodge Ram 1500 97,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Not only was been on time and EXTREMELY courteous and professional, but he noticed that the last place that worked on my truck didn't tighten the caliper bolts down and that the calipers were shaking around and causing the grinding in my brakes. He could have gone through with the full service and lied about it but he was 100% HONEST - a rare thing in today's world. Instead of leaving to find if someone "might" have the part - he had a couple of bolts that fit perfectly from his own supply! Ben saved me over $100 and had me back on the road in no time. Oh and I should mention that it was raining off and on - and Ben never missed a beat. I'll be using Ben as my regular mechanic from now on! And for all of y'all in Cypress... Ben's an avid deer & hog hunter! A big plus in my book!

This was my first time using a mobile mechanic, as I normally do my own work on my vehicles, and I have to say this experience was way better than most I have had with the few auto shops I have had to visit. Joesph talked to me and not at me. Showed up on time and got right to work. As he was working, Joesph answered questions that I had about other issues that I have been dealing with in this vehicle. Some of which helped diagnosis more problems related to why he was here in the first place to. I now have more information to make a better plan of action on those repairs. I will definitely keep Joesph in mind next time I need help with any of my future vehicle repairs.
