Scott was vey personable and knowledgeable about my truck. He was non-stop at doing his work in 110 degree temp. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone seeking repairs at your location. Good quick and knowledgeable. He dropped a air filter latch clip on the ground and failed to put it on or tell me I am missing the metal latch. I found it on the ground. He failed to fill the reservoir overflow for the coolant and tell me I need a replacement coolant radiator cap. Radiator cap is leaking anti freeze. I now have to go to Autozone and get a $7.99 cap and coolant. The installation of the part was fine. Just didn't do the job 100%. Glad I checked a few hours after. I believe he was in a hurry to get on to his next appointment. I will still use his service, but check up on the work. Look on the ground for nuts and bolts is my suggestion to customers. Check that things are not leaking because the cap is leaking on my truck. Something that I observed. Although he did replace the water pump it would be kind to know that the cap is needing to be replaced.
